Before you book your trip with Ramble Roamers, please read all the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit.
  • Final payment must be made before the trip start date as per the payment plan provided.
  • Prices may vary based on demand, availability, and peak seasons and are subject to change until confirmed.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation by Client:

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of cancellation before the trip start date.
  • Refunds will be processed as per the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.

Cancellation by Ramble Roamers:

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel the trip.
  • A full or partial refund or rescheduling may be offered based on the situation.

3. Liability

  • Ramble Roamers is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the trip.
  • Clients are strongly advised to obtain suitable travel insurance.
  • We are not responsible for itinerary changes caused by weather, traffic, or government regulations.

4. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations before booking.
  • Clients are responsible for carrying necessary medications.
  • All safety instructions given by trip leaders or guides must be followed.

5. Changes to Itinerary

  • Minor itinerary changes may be made due to local conditions, safety concerns, or logistics.
  • Any such changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

6. Client Behavior

Ramble Roamers reserves the right to remove any client from the trip due to misconduct, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow instructions, without any entitlement to a refund.

7. Documentation & Visas

  • Clients must ensure they possess valid identification, passports, visas, and other required documents.
  • We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by improper documentation.

8. Intellectual Property

All itineraries, content, images, and materials provided by Ramble Roamers are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or used without prior permission.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal information shared during the booking process. Personal data will only be shared with third parties when required to fulfill the trip.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
