Cancellation Policy

At Ramble Roamers, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to provide flexibility while covering the costs incurred in preparing for your trip. Please review this policy carefully before booking.

Cancellation by Client

Refund Eligibility:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
• 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total trip cost.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

Non-Refundable Expenses:

Any non-refundable expenses already paid to third-party providers (such as hotels, transportation, or activity fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation by Ramble Roamers

Force Majeure:

• In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, political instability, or emergencies), we will offer:
• The option to reschedule the trip at no additional cost, or
• A full or partial refund based on expenses already incurred.

Insufficient Participation:

For trips requiring a minimum number of participants, Ramble Roamers reserves the right to cancel the trip if the minimum is not met. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund.

Trip Modifications & Rescheduling

• Change Requests: Modification requests will be accommodated subject to availability and may incur a modification fee.
• Rescheduled Trips: Payments made will be applied to the new dates, subject to availability.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive on the day of departure will be treated as a last-minute cancellation, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be made via the original payment method, after deducting applicable administrative or processing fees.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, and unforeseen events. Ramble Roamers is not responsible for costs or losses that may be covered by insurance.
