Any non-refundable expenses already paid to third-party providers (such as hotels, transportation, or activity fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.

For trips requiring a minimum number of participants, Ramble Roamers reserves the right to cancel the trip if the minimum is not met. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be made via the original payment method, after deducting applicable administrative or processing fees.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, and unforeseen events. Ramble Roamers is not responsible for costs or losses that may be covered by insurance.
